Bentley is a 2 yr old chihuahua and dachshund mix. He came to us when his owner had to move to a place that wouldn't allow her to keep him. Bentley weighs about 9 lbs. He is shy at first but once he warms up to you he is like velcro. He is a snuggly boy who loves to be with his people. He loves to snuggle under a blanket with you while you watch tv or read. Bentley wants to be the baby and would not do well in a home with small children. Bentley loves toys!!! He likes to go for car rides and playing soccer with a tennis ball. He will bat it around and then pass it to you to pass back to him or kick it for him to bring back to you. He does OK with other dogs his size but would prefer to be the only one or maybe share his people with one other dog. He is crate trained and housebroken. |
Doyle is a 1 1/2 yr old Chihuahua mix. He weighs about 15 lbs. Doyle is a very smart boy who learns quickly. He likes to go for walks and car rides. Doyle is housebroken and crate trained. He has lived in a foster home with dogs of varying sizes and gets along with everyone. He hasn't lived with young children and due to his energy level would probably be a bit much for them. Someone looking for a best bud would find him in Doyle. He loves to chase tennis balls and bring them back to be thrown again, and again, and again. He's always ready to sit on your lap or by your side and just be with you. Doyle came to RED from an area who doesn't have an adoption program for their stray dogs so they asked us to find this super friendly smart boy a home. Are you that home?
